I purchased Hunter Douglas shades 15 years ago for my sunporch. We noticed a separation of the cellular shade. I went to Barrows with a picture of the shade and all my documentation from my initial purchase. I met with Matt who was so helpful. He submitted my request to hunter Douglas and they are going to replace the shade. Matt was awesome. He contacted with me and arranged for the shade to be shipped. I would highly recommend Barrows in Newton and Matt who is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant.

How impressive that they had all of our information still in their system. Trust this local business over every other window treatment store. Matt, in particular, was practical, prompt, and focused on finding a solution for our home. What a terrific person!
We could not be more pleased with our experience with Barrows and especially our sales rep Matt. When the original material we picked let in too much light they let us upgrade to new material on six shades for a very small fee. The installer was also great.
