To qualify for repair, products must have been originally purchased from Barrows, generally be less than 10 years old, and be clean and in good condition. Repairs are accepted by appointment after your repair request has been reviewed.

Many Hunter Douglas® products are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty that covers defects in materials, workmanship, and certain components. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and issue, and our team will help determine whether your repair qualifies.
