Barrows Repair Policies

Treatments qualified for repair:

  • Product must be originally purchased from Barrows, Newton Ma
  • No older than 10 years since manufactured
  • Product and headrail must be Clean, Good Condition and Dust Free
  • After Completing the Repair Form Below – Our repair specialist will contact you for scheduling, all repair drop-offs are by appointment only
  • As of January 1st, 2023, we are no longer able to accept repairs of Hunter Douglas products not purchased at Barrows

  • Purchased at Barrows: First year of initial installation

    All warranty-related repairs, service visits, installation, and parts are at no cost 

  • Purchased at Barrows: After first year of initial installation

    • Anything covered under warranty remains at no charge
    • In-home service calls available for fee per visit
    • Treatments dropped off are by appointment only to our showroom.
    • If your repair is not under warranty, we will inform you of the costsassociated, if possible, or provide a current replacement cost

  • PowerView® products

    Hunter Douglas has a dedicated consumer PowerView hotline 844-797-8439 as well. They will be able to walk you through a troubleshooting process and most often the issue is corrected this way. If not just give us a call and we will be happy to answer your questions.
